The luxury market in Italy has always had a strong appeal for international individuals, with 80% of property buyers with a budget over a million dollars, with buying requests from the United States (17.9%) followed by Germany (13%) and Great Britain (12.4%). Usually, villas and farmhouses by the sea or by the lake are preferred in regions such as Lombardy, Tuscany, Puglia, Sardinia, Sicily, and the Amalfi Coast.
